I don’t like when shows are set in Dallas

Television says that Dallas is like a really wealthy (but still petty) small town. It ain’t. There aren’t swarms of people wearing cowboy hats to the office everyday and only a tiny minority of housewives wear rhinestones. We’re not more conservatively Christian than any other city and we don’t talk like we’re from Fort Worth. I know it’s just harmless stereotyping, but I still don’t like it.
